Thanks! ... Same as the PDF, and Chrgd is channel 116, which still doesn't show up on the Gateway. Neither do the other preview channels. Huh..  oh well.

If you have the BlueCurve, 314 is "Chrgd West (HD)". For older PVRs, it is 116.

Can you use the numeric keypad to enter the channel-number?

@Dogmelissa If you have previously deleted channels you do not subscribe to from the guide on your gateway, follow the steps on this page to add back any channels that you wish to view.

Global BC 1 was removed from my plan as they say it was on a preview. So it's been previewed for at least three years? I have never paid extra for it as it was part of my Basic package. Now it's not a Basic package item. What else have they re-categorized and deprived me of. I pay to get CNN and BBC and it's not included with that either. It's a local channel why should anyone pay extra.? Another unfair money Grab!

I am now missing my BC1...it's channel 253 here I think....always had it....now gone....I hate having to constantly monitor my cable package....channels get dropped but price doesn't drop 😞
