@Trinity303 Theme packs are still available. Order limited tv as your basic plan and add themes or channels.
I don't see Limited TV in a bundle and your sales agents neglect to inform customers about this.
@Trinity303 -- I don't see Limited TV in a bundle
True. The Government of Canada mandates the very-low price for "skinny-TV". So, neither Shaw nor Telus is going to reduce the monthly price any further, in any "bundle" offering. Nor will Shaw offer a "two-year Value Plan" to price-protect the customer.

Which "this" ? Is it the availability of "skinny-TV"? The non-availability of "bundling" ? The need to pay a monthly rental fee for the Shaw TV box, on top of the mandated price?
Is it really "neglect" ? Is there any "caveat emptor" here, that smart shoppers should do their research before subscribing ?
Your response clearly shows the lack of "client service" that would promote a full and satisfying customer experience. This is exactly why "customer service" has gone completely downhill from the last decade. So sad to read this way of thinking.
By the way, your website clearly indicated that theme packs were available with the Total TV but there were no links in My Shaw to these theme packs. I had to find them off a support link.
So very sad
@Trinity303 -- your response clearly shows ...
This is a peer-to-peer discussion forum, not an official path to Shaw Support.
I have never been employed by Shaw, and have never worked for Shaw.
So, my reply is my reply, not a reply from a Shaw Agent.
When I login to the My Shaw Portal, I see:
