@RDecks -- Sportsnet app continually  loses connection. We missed a third of the game!  Done with the app for good.

This thread already has 2 "accepted solutions". I recommend that you start a new thread.

Include details, such as which device you are using (Android? iPhone 12? iPad? HP notebook? PC desktop?) and whether you are connecting via WiFi or via Ethernet cable, and whether your Internet connection is "solid" when online (Zoom, YouTube, Skype) or whether those apps also are "intermittent".

I’ve been having this problem forever. I found that if you sign in to the app in the settings, it will let you sign in and you can watch video. If you tap on a video and it asks you to sign in, it gets stuck.
