I am still having issues with only the CTV channel (all other channels are working normally) and descriptive video playing during television shows and movies. I have two cable boxes and both of the boxes are DCX3510M. I have tried powering off the box and that did not work. I would like to be able to turn off SAP on my cable boxes but cannot figure out how to do it through the menu/settings. I have very old televisions and I did try to disable SAP on the one television but the problem still continues. I know that other Shaw customers are having the same issue.
