I unscrewed all cables and waited. What happens is half way through a song, it skips to another song, then may go back to the first song. Also, there are pauses and/or scrambling. Unscrewing the cables didn't work. ????
@cdhodgins -- have you contacted Shaw Support [1-888-472-2222] and requested that they logon to your PVR, to view the "signal strength" reaching the device. A poor value can cause your symptoms.
