They just stopped sending signal to by PVR Box

This morning no TV would come in saying lost signal did all the trouble shooting and then called 4 times and had a lengthy conversation on the last call.  They basically said my PRV box was being taken out of the system even though it was just replaced last year and they told me then would not happen for many years.  Now they want everything wireless so just took it out of service.  I can still see my pre recorded programs but cannot record news ones and I cannot even watch TV as they stopped sending the signal to the box.  They told me I had to upgrade and will have to wait for 4 days before it comes.  Unreal

@ktgod Which box do you have? I was under the impression that they were mailing or emailing customers advising them of the change.
