Trouble with PRIME on TV

Hello.  The past 2 weeks have been unable to watch Amazon PRIME on the TV.   Can watch the preview but as soon as try to watch the movie or episode it says Something went wrong please try again later.   Have reset tv using both the restart and system refresh.  Reset modem.   Have logged out of PRIME.   Have deregistered the device from PRIME and reregistered.  Am able to watch from the computer but not the TV.  My profile shows up on the TV and watchlist is there but unable to watch.   Would appreciate any help to resolve.
