I just bought a new Roku Ultra streaming device. I have no problem setting up the CTV app. It works fine.
I do have problem signing into the Global TV app. It won't recognize my Shaw credentials.
So the problem seems to be in the interconnection between Global TV & Shaw.

Contact Shaw/Rogers (1-888-472-2222) and get them to review/update your "entitlements".
When you try to logon to CTV, CTV electronically asks Shaw/Rogers to verify your My Shaw ID (which may be different from your Shaw E-mail ID) and password, to return "yes, entitled" or "no, not authorized".
