I’m having this same problem. Just started today. I did have change the remote batteries and tried the other suggetions in this thread and nothing is helping

This is obviously not a "remote" issue, as it seems to be quite widespread. Restarting my XG1v4 BlueCurve player immediately fixes it for awhile, but I've had the problem reoccur 2 or 3 times. Only noticed this issue in the last week or so.

Funnily enough, it started around the same time as the new 4K channels were made available 😂
