Unable to connect to ignitetv on my PC

Until about a week or two ago, I was able to watch ignitetv on my PC. Now when I try all I get is "Now connecting to your entertainment experience" and it never connects. I have tried on both Google Chrome and Firefox and nada.

I have tried using https://ignitetv.shaw.ca/ and https://ignitetv.rogers.com

Any help would be appreciated.

It will work on the app on my phone but not on my laptop.

Are you using the app on your laptop, or are you using a web-browser (Chrome or Firefox) to try to connect?

Do you have any "Internet Security" software package (McAfee or Norton or ....) that has a "firewall" that could be blocking the connection attempt?
