vod content changed overnite

watching Lucifer and the good doctor on VOD--CTV last nite and both series are gone today...called shaw support and programs missing from their test tv as well. they could not explain where they went. tried search to no avail. any ideas??

Hey  

The amount of time a show is available on VOD depends on the network and the licensing agreements. A lot of primetime shows (usually stuff on CTV, CityTV, Global, etc) are only available to us for a week or two, while other programs have longer licensing options available. If you have a PVR, it may be better to record primetime shows if you aren't going to be able to watch them right away.
