Why No Loyalty for Customers?


Be warned! There are no options but a 2 year contract for Blue Sky! We completed our 2 year contract and will only be in this province for 10 months before needing to relocate to a province where Shaw is not available. We have been Shaw customers for our 8 years here. I called today to ask for an extension of 1 year for our plan and was told we must sign a 2 year contract to have Blue Sky!? What kind of service is this? We realize we would be required to buy out the last 2 months of our Blue Sky with only able having 10 months access in a 12 month plan but buy out 14 months is outrageous!!
