@mrlp4358 Are you seeing any error messages when this happens, or are you just returned to live TV? How frequently does this behavior occur, and what are you doing when this happens? If you have multiple boxes in your home is this happening on all of them, or just one?
A good first step to try would be to reboot the affected box, by unplugging the power for 10-15 seconds, then plugging it back in, but if the same behaviour continues to happen, more info can help us to diagnose the problem.
