Intended Audience: Legacy Shaw customers.
Easily manage subscriptions and announcements that you receive from Shaw. You can do so by logging into My Shaw and changing your subscription settings. Follow the steps below to update your subscription activity.
Manage your email subscriptions and unsubscribe from announcements
To manage your email subscriptions and to unsubscribe from announcements, make sure you're logged into My Shaw. If you have not yet registered for My Shaw, you will find more details here: Shaw Account Settings (My Shaw).
- Select Internet from the left-side navigation menu.
- Click Edit Display Name next to the email for which you would like to update the settings.
- You will have the option to subscribe to email notifications. To enable, select the checkbox in the Email subscription conditions and then click Update.
- If this email address is already subscribed, you will see the button for Unsubscribe.
- When done, click Update Email to save your changes.
