I am unable to open my email, something happened with the password. So I try to change the password. but for that I need some code no, what SHAW sending to my email. That email what I am unable to open. I did try to call and go online with Shaw but nobody get me anyware. Please somebody help me Krista
@petes If you've access to the My Shaw website/app, follow the steps here to update the password for your Shaw webmail. Otherwise, please contact our tech support team to temporarily disable the 2-step verification code and sign in to your My Shaw account.
@petes -- are you using an E-mail program, such as Windows Mail, or Microsoft Outlook, on your computer, to access your E-mail? If so, can you try using Shaw WebMail to logon, to see if that web-site will accept your ID & password?
