I want o cancel my home phone but cannot reach Rogerss by phone or on line
@lr1938 , really sorry but this is just a peer to peer discussion forum and there is no one from Rogers/Shaw on here to assist you with cancelling your home phone, just community volunteers on here. I see on the forums that phone and chat times are ridiculously long lately I guess your just going to have to be patient ( don't shoot me for saying that). Fingers crossed for you.

Have you tried early in the morning (Calgary time-zone) or late in the evening? The wait-queues may be shorter.
