I see that that I can block numbers, and I can toggle the spam call blocking. However, whenever I turn that option on, it keeps blocking important phone calls that are not spam. Is it possible to add phone numbers to a safe list? We have been getting a lot of spam calls. It is really annoying. But we can't use your spam call blocking as it is ineffective. These spam calls that we're getting are from all different numbers, so I can't block all of them either...

Did you receive a spam call that you'd like to provide information on? Or, was a call marked as spam that shouldn't have been? Help us improve our service by letting us know.
Follow the instructions on that web-page, to tell Shaw about any important calls that were blocked.
Yes, I have already completed the form. However, it states that "by filling out this form, you should not assume Shaw will re-categorize any phone number identified. Shaw provides this information to the third party from which we obtain the algorithm used to categorize calls for analytics purposes". I would like an option to add a phone number to a "safe list".
