@jack2sprat it may be a browser-related issue for the Shaw speed test not displaying the right info. What speeds do you see when you try? I'd recommend disabling any browser extensions or running the speed test in incognito should correct it.
I'm having the exact same issue, 2-3 months running, I think I've been patient enough but shaw you can never get through on the phone, 1hr wait time+ most times I've called, I have another thread open pretty much the same issue, 600mbps service is pretty much provisioned for 300mbps service, either their profiles are wrong and pushing wrong policies to these modems, the modems are defective (channel banding isn't working ) or the service is just plain capped , it was good for about the first 12 months of my service, now it's just going downhill period!
