Shaw cable still above ground ONE YEAR after contractor came to house saying that they'd do the job.
Personally contacted contractor this year to see what was going on and only then did they tell us that shaw no longer worked with them. Probably because they couldn't do the job properly last year when they said they would.
Called shaw, they sent a technician to the house on Friday May 27, technician said that they'd email whoever schedules contractors, and to expect a call on Monday May 30. It's now Thursday June 2, and still no call back.
Called shaw to ask for update. They said the only thing they can do is send another technician. Technicians CANNOT put cable back underground so I don't know why they keep wanting to send technicians. All I want to know is why the job is a year behind schedule and when the job will be done.
Unfortunately, your best point of contact would be a technician, the support reps either aren’t willing or able to try to make contact with a technical supervisor. Is this cable replacing a faulty cable?
