I would like to request for your assistance to temporary terminate the re-connection of Shaw's Internet and TV services to my home at *Removed personal information, as i am presently away in Singapore.
However, I shall return to my Vancouver home on 31st March 2023.
I shall contact you by phone on 1st April 2023 to discuss the resumption of your services and their corresponding costs.

You need to call or chat in to Shaw to extend your temporary service suspension.
@Loh -- from Singapore, start an international telephone call: +1-250-475-5655 (Shaw's telephone-number for their office in Victoria, BC). Your call may be redirected to a Shaw Call Centre in some other location, e.g., Calgary.
Any of the Shaw Agents/Advisors, not just the ones in Victoria, can change your scheduled re-connection date.
