Blue curve app issues

Anyone else having issues with their settings not loading?. I tried reinstalling the app. As well as reset my modem. Also tried installing on a different device.

The app is super slow and I can't tap on basically anything without that message or it be unresponsive. It worked great before today with me being able to manage my family's profiles and time limits. 

Tried getting through to support but have been waiting for quite awhile. With B.C. outages and weather issues and people wanting answers I understand why.

I also am having this problem.  I have signed in several times, removed the app and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and modem, tried to access the app through my computer and it has the same problem, resided that all setting are current.  I’m really at a loss.
