My son downloaded the blue curve app and figured out the password. I changed our Shaw password but in order for that to take effect on the app, you need to log off the app. He continues to have access to the app with the old password stored. How can I get around this?
Hey @Tandjkn! Are you still having an issue with resetting your password? If so, would this app be our Blue Curve HOME app or our Blue Curve TV app?
I’m also having this issue with my roommate. I’m currently using the blue curve home app. Is there a way to log them out?
