Hello I hope you are helpful. I am in Europe have called shaw two technicians after providing all information, then the call drops on their end, like they hang up, oh I need to check further...then gone. So spent over an hour doing this yesterday, tried also the chat, and by the way this has happened in the past when I was travelling in china (not easy to call and only during open hours via different time zones). So I totally cannot access my shaw account, I think it has to do with the size. There is no warning that things lock down and then one ends up in this horrible situation. I am desperate to get this unlocked, help please....and thank you
You could log in to my.shaw.ca and try changing your email account password.Also, it would be easier to use the chat option to talk to support.

Can you elaborate? What did you try? What error-messages are you getting?
PC desktop? PC notebook? Windows 10? Windows 11? Macbook? iMac? iPhone?
DId you try what @rstra suggested, 10 months ago? Result?
