@mike_pipes Can you see them in webmail?
@mike_pipes -- All my Shaw email files have disappeared
Do you access your E-mail from more than one device? If so, it's possible that all your messages were downloaded to one of your devices, and removed from Shaw's mail-server.
It also is possible that a computer-hacker did the download/delete, if they know your ID/password.
How can these files be restored?
Contact Shaw Support (1-888-472-2222 or www.shaw.ca/chat )
For "disaster recovery" purposes, they make [daily?] backups of the contents of E-mail accounts for every customer. So, they should be able to restore your messages from one of those backups.
I have lost all of mine on phone, laptop and in Shaw Webmail. I was told they were deleted by someone with access to my account but years of emails not in trash or deleted folders. Told that if they are not there they don't exist on the shaw server?!
@kmlynn63 Did you try the “Recover Deleted Items” option from the Trash folder? If it hasn’t been more than 7 days, you might be able to recover the email.

Also, you might want to change your password.
