Email exceeds

I keep receiving emails saying I need to delete msgs as I’m almost at captivity however I delete msgs but continue to receive these emails.

Are you deleting messages from webmail.shaw.ca ?

Delete the messages from webmail and make sure you empty the trash folder.

@Ljbelanger -- logon to Shaw WebMail, and move the mouse-pointer over the name of the Trash folder, and leave it there.

A message will pop-up, such as 666 messages occupying 777 megabytes.

Open that folder, and permanently delete those 777 megabytes.

Move the mouse-pointer over the "Sent" folder, to see a similar message, to see how much of your 1000 megabytes is consumed by messages that you have sent.

Yes I have done that.   But it’s like every week or two I’m having to delete more emails.   I know I don’t get that many to have delete them so often
