For some reason known only to Shaw & CloudFilter, the ID in the "From:" field of the E-mail you send is being "flagged" with that sender rejected message from Shaw's mail-server.
Can you create a different E-mail ID within your domain, and try to send to both your Shaw ID and to a GMail ID (if you have one) from that new ID? It might just be that "XXX" is the only ID within your domain that is being "flagged".
