Good afternoon, my cable n internet is cut off, I would like to have an extension and make payment arrangements please.

If your services cut off you cant request an extension as...

If your services cut off you cant request an extension as you must request it when your services are not disconnected.  now you have to pay the full balance now to get them restored.

Yes.

In the past, if I have accidentally missed one payment, the amount shows up on the My Shaw Portal, and on my next month's invoice -- Shaw has never suspended my services for being one month late.

Through that Portal, can you pay something, to show "good faith" that you will pay the rest, later?
