Service was upgraded to BlueCurve, and user wants to change WiFi network name (& manage/access internet services), but NOT via a smartphone app. Please, no recommendations to install/use the smartphone app. The person refuses to permit use of smart phone app.
Trying to determine if there is an actual functioning workaround available, which permits full management of internet services from a desktop?
Any articles found relating to changing network name, which also indicate there is a desktop option, did not work.
(Not that it matters, but, other than BlueCurve, no other voice responsive/smart home devices are in the home.)
