So I just got a new modem to replace my old modem. Everything seem to be working except...
when I go to the HomeConnect app, it says Gateway is offline. Not sure why. I tried rebooting and resetting and reinstalling the new pod but nothing. Internet is working. Wifi is working.
But app keep saying Gateway is offline. Anyone know of a fix to this?
@cphan You will need to contact Rogers directly, could be that your modem didn’t go on to your account properly.
