Getting older emails on my iPad

Is it possible to get all older emails on my iPad or sync my desktop email so it's exactly the same on my iPad.  need all email history.

@gwpalmer do you know if the emails exist on https://webmail.shaw.ca/? If they are only on your iPad, you'd need to reach out to Apple for support on that.

My iPad stores the exact same email quota as my webmail does.  I will check with Apple.

On March 19, did one of your computers use the "POP" (Post Office Protocol) to download all your messages, and then delete those messages from Shaw's server?  So, check all your computers for those "older" messages.

The "IMAP" protocol should allow you to copy messages from "local storage" on one of your computers to an IMAP folder on Shaw's mail-server. Then, on your other computer, "subscribe" to that folder, to access the copy of those messages.

I think that it is possible for Shaw to retrieve your messages from one of their "backup" archives. Telephone Shaw.
