horrible customer service

It all started yesterday At

 your Edmonton west end location I went in to return my internet modem. I walked in there was 4 women sitting behind the counter the lady to my far right was visiting with a man friend, the other was seeing a customer the other two were chatting with each other visiting. I sat listening, chatting with my mother on my cell. I was called to

The counter by a Muslim lady (I’m saying this only to describe who I am not speaking about) she was perfection and nice. The lady right beside her was a very heavy set woman who looked like she was not dressed for work she looked not very well kept definitely not for Shaw cables front line but anyhow her dress is the least of the problems, when I approached the Muslim lady I handed her the Shaw box with the internet modem inside. After keying in my information she informs me I cannot disconnect my services then proceeded to dial a ph and hand it to me.  As I stood there listing to we will be right with you” for another 10 minutes. I explained how I couldn’t wait any longer. I said I’m not trying to be difficult if I drove myself I wouldn’t mind but I had to go. She said you can mail it in then. I said I cannot I’m leaving the country and I cannot get a ride back my moms brother in law had just received a call

Saying his mom was admitted to the u of a. The disheveled woman (whom, mind you I was not dealing with) proceeded to pick up the Shaw box and write on it while she looked me in my eyes with a smile on

Her face and said, as she wrote on the box  “abandoned”. I said, why are you writing that, it’s not abandoned, I’m standing right here! She said, well you said you’re leaving mockingly with a smirk. I turned and walked out as I was walking she screamed across the sitting area “ have yourself a good day now.” Then again today, I called in to cancel my account, I sat on hold for over an hr. (I took a picture of the screen shot of Shaw’s ph number showing the clock over an hr. I have attached to this email) before I hung up. I then sent in an email and am awaiting a response. All of this and I’m still Not cancelled🙈.i need JR Shaw email address please forward that to me thank you cheryl

@Ladycheryl67 I am very sorry for the long waits and experience you had at our retail location. I will pass this feedback along to the store manager so it doesn't happen in the future. With the equipment returned, the account should be canceled. Please double check by logging into your MyShaw account. Let me know if you have any other questions.
