How do I unlink the XB6 modem from Shaw Bluecurve Home

I figured, let's give the Shaw Home App a try. And walked the wizard through to connect my XB6 modem. Only now to realize, that some settings in the modem's UI 10.0.0.1 are now under full control of internet.shaw.ca

I cannot find the setting, where I can unlink the XB6 modem from Shaw Home and have its settings controlled via the Modem UI at 10.0.0.1

Would a "pin-hole-reset" cause a reversion to "factory settings", which might "unlink" the device ???

I would uninstall the app and see if that helps.

Already tried:

• uninstalling BlueCurve Home App
• trying different browsers
• incognito mode or private mode
• reboot the modem
• reset the modem
•  

shaw support indicated that there are XB6 modems that do not redirect to internet.shaw.ca when going into advanced > port forward.

@etfb a pinhole factory reset should bring back the original UI. Please press and hold in the pinhole in for 30 seconds.
