I am looking to transfer an email from one shaw account to another without much success.

Hi There,

I live at a condo that once had bulk shaw service...I had an old email associated with that account that still exists; I'm trying to transfer it to my current account at the same address.  But when I called customer service I really didn't get much help.  Is this something that is no longer offered?  When I worked at Shaw there was a tool that an agent could look up an email find the account associated with it...and say something like..ohh that's on a closed account that belongs to X...they'll need to call in to approve the transfer.

I called today and was told this was basically impossible.  Is that true?

Hey jmhogge869,

It is possible the email address may be purged or does not exist. If the email address is still active and we are able to verify all details, customer support should be able to assist in transferring the email to your current account. Hope that helps.
