Internet 300 WAN IP address

Hi, all, previously when I having Internet 150, the WAN IP address in my router is a normal one like 68.149.xxx.xxx. After free upgrading to Internet 300, the WAN IP address showing in my router becomes 192.168.0.10. It makes my DDNS out of work and brings lots trouble.

Do all Internet 300 users having the private IP addresses? Is it possible to have a normal Internet IP for my router?

Thanks.

Not applicable

Which modem are you currently using?

If I was to guess the modem/gateway was bridged before and no longer is.

Hi, the modem is Hitron CGNM-2250. Is there anyway to get public IP address from the modem? Thanks.

I contacted Shaw and they set the modem in bridge mode. The issue is fixed. Thanks.
