the internet freezes for a few seconds when I am on Zoom and the message I get is " interest is unstable"
This happens when I am on Zoom during the morning or night
Why does this happen, can it be fixed

ZOOM is monitoring the bits per second traffic being received or sent from your computer. When that rate drops, you get the message.
> Why does this happen?
Maybe, the ZOOM being used by the person at the other end has stopped sending any bits to your computer.
Maybe, the computer at the other end is busy downloading something else, such as an anti-virus update, or an update to Adobe Reader, or an update to OneNote, or updates via Windows Update, and its network-connection is saturated -- too busy to send anything to ZOOM's servers for delivery to your computer.
Maybe, your computer is doing the same downloading.
Maybe, ZOOM's servers are really busy for a few seconds.
> can it be fixed?
Yes, if the source of the problem can be identified.
@mvanvliet Which internet plan are you on?
I am having the same issues with internet being unstable even after switching to Internet 300 with Shaw, it has not improved! Does anyone know of a fix for this issue.
