We are having issue internet is not working from last hour.
@Ritikadhanju -- since you seem to have Internet access, are you able to access the Current Outages page, and do a check for your area?
What time of day/night are you having the issue?
What is your location? BC? Northern Alberta?
Just this one time, or multiple occurences during this week (or month) ?
If you contact Support (1-888-472-2222) the Agent can remotely connect to your cable-modem, to view its internal statistical reports, and look for issues, such as "poor signal strength".
@Col7 -- according to a Shaw Outages page for Northern Alberta, the local power company had an outage in Edmonton. Perhaps, the Shaw infrastructure in downtown Edmonton lost power, and could not connect to the Shaw infrastructure near you (Sherwood Park) ?
Has Shaw (and/or the local power company) resolved the issue?
@rotwiler -- right now, it is 10:53 AM Pacific. So, 10 hours ago, it was 1:53 AM in Alberta time zone.
At that time, could Rogers together with Shaw have been doing "planned maintenance" (which is usually done between midnight and 7 AM Mountain) that triggered your outage.
