Whenever I do a speedtest either connected to the modem or on my 5G WIFI network, I am only getting 37MB of the promised 300MB. I am paying for the 150MB and this is ridiculous that I am getting such terrible speed's regardless of the time of day that I do a speedtest. I have reset the modem, but I am getting more and more frustrated.
Thank you for reaching out! I understand the frustration of slow Internet speeds, some troubleshooting should be able to fix that right up. I have the same plan and get perfect results. It may be a signal related issue, I'd recommend trying some of the troubleshooting steps here if you haven't done so already to reseat the coax cable connections. Once you have done that, try a speed test here and let me know of the results on a direct ethernet connection from the modem to your desktop/laptop. Keep me posted.
