can Shaw confirm if there is an issue with 174.7.0.1?

I am getting a lot of packet loss with one of this node. 

Is 174.7.0.1 one of your node?

@junny hmm that is very odd. The signal to your modem is solid with no reports of issues or errors in your area. Do you have any 3rd party routers or switches connected to the modem? I tested and don't see any connections issues at this time. Does this happen during a certain time or just randomly? That hop looks to still be within your home network.

Can you also run a general tracert to Google.ca and Youtube.com with the steps here. Let me know how that goes.
