After entering login information, the "Sign In" button remains greyed out, making it impossible to access Shaw webmail.
@DougScott -- even when that button is "greyed-out", what happens when you "click" on it? Does it briefly change to "blue", and proceed with the logon process?
nothing happens
@donsangster -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum, where volunteers try to help.
Can you elaborate on "nothing happens" to be more descriptive, e.g., Windows 7/8/10/11, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome or Firefox?
If you close your web-browser, reopen it, and click for a third time, do you get logged-in?
@IhabKhalil -- if you make a SECOND "click" on "Sign In", are you successful?
The "unable to communicate" error-message has, many times last year and this year, appeared in several threads in this discussion forum. The consensus from those threads is that there is nothing wrong with your computer, nor any problem with your connection to the Internet.
