Ever since last Wednesday night (stormy), our Shaw blue curve has been frequently rebooting by itself leaving us without internet and TV and FRUSTRATED!!!!!
All connections look good (after talking with tech support) and we booked a technician for Wednesday morning which isn’t the best since we work from home and kids do schooling. Technician can’t come inside so hopefully they will be able to fix problem
Does this happen to any Telus customers?
will see what happens after Wednesday - maybe after 18 years with Shaw it is time to switch. I hope not but we need stable internet.

There is a lot that a technician can do from the Shaw "demarcation box" on the outside of your house.
I have been told that it is the discretion of the technician whether to enter your home. A friend had converted her unfinished basement into a suite, and the Shaw technician came in, and went to the "wiring closet" in the suite, and did a lot of work. The brand-new suite had not been occupied.
