In the iOS app, when I select manage email, it shows 0/10 when there should be 3 addresses created. The email addresses appear to work. Is there a bug in the app?
@rstra that is odd indeed if it isn't showing up on the web app. Let me know how it goes with troubleshooting.
Thanks Tony. I chatted in and tried re-linking the account to My Shaw, but is still shows 0/10 created under email accounts. The agent confirmed that my address are still attached to my account and then had to escalate the problem to be resolved. Hopefully it is sorted out soon,
