@AnneMarie7 Hi there, just a suggestion for you. When you are on the "chat" service they provide after the robot has asked you what can it help you with, just enter the word "agent" in the response and you will be then transferred to a real person to talk with. You may still have to wait in line, but it is usually faster than the phone ever is. Hope this helps a little.

If you have received "duplicate" equipment from Rogers, you need to contact them [1-888-472-2222] or www.shaw.ca/chat to get authorized to ship the equipment back. Get the hardware's serial-number ready, before you try to connect to Rogers.
