This is less of a question and more of a tip. If your node is upgraded to the new upload speeds and you aren't seeing them. Make sure the Tech resets the IP addresses on your modem (If DHCP). I was on the phone for over an hour last week and the tech kept saying ity was my network card would not allow more than 30MB upload. However I could achieve 800MB download. I called again and another tech reset the IP address and also reset my modem(I have a separate router so I didn't mind) and Voila, I got the faster upload speeds.
