I am no longer receiving most of my usual emails. They seem to be blocked. The email is working when I send and receive test emails
@Terry23 are you noticing this on https://webmail.shaw.ca/? What is this red dot on the browser you see? Are you able to test using a different web browser to see if there's any difference? As for spam, you could whitelist the emails you want using spam filters here.
@Terry23 ah, that just means you have new emails to read. Hmm, how do you notice the emails are blocked?
As of today, I am again mysteriously getting the majority of my emails. I am inclined to believe my original out of control spam filter theory.

I do not recognize my email format from webmail.shaw.ca
It is in a letter format from wm-so.glb.shawcable.net from Zimba.
Who the heck is Zimba, and how do I get rid of it once and for all?
