I can't stream LIVE content from the Bluecurve TV to my Android Galaxy S10 (which is up to date and otherwise works fine). The app loads, the guide loads, but when I click on "watch"....the error message pops up "Playback Issue ::2111. That video is not available. Here is the weird thing....
On the same phone I can watch any content through the Bluecurve app ON DEMAND and if I cast the content to Chromecast, I can watch the LIVE content.
I can also watch the LIVE content on the TV Providers apps (eg CBC, CTV, Global, TSN, etc) on the same phone.
I don't have the same issue on any other device that accesses the Bluecurve app, so it is device specific and appears to be specific to Bluecurve. It did work until recently so something is changed....I just don't know what.
Finally...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Bluecurve app at least a dozen times. I've cleared the cache. I've logged out and logged in.
