"Manage your Shaw account from home" Messages

How many more times is Shaw going to send these e-mail messages to me repeatedly (notice that each one has just a slightly different subject line than the other):

"Manage your Shaw account from home"

"Manage your Shaw account online"

"Self-serve options to manage your Shaw account"

And this one:

"Shaw self-serve options during COVID-19"

I've gotten so many of them and have unsubscribed numerous times but I still keep getting them.

OMG, is this ever annoying, especially right now with all that's happening in the world while we rely more on technology than ever before to stay informed. Is your system stuck in an endless loop or something? Real dependable and reliable technology you have there, Shaw.

What on earth is wrong with this company? 

Give it up already.

I would love to be able to Manage my Shaw account from home but the only self-serve options available to me online are those involving the ADDITION of more services. If I want to delete services, such as temporarily stopping the TSN/Sportsnet package (since there is longer any live sports to watch) I must spend hours on hold or wait for a call-back that never comes. I understand why Shaw does this but with their stores now closed during Covid-19, please give your customers an online option. I have better uses for $25 per month right now than paying for classic game reruns!
