I am receiving texts from Shaw, stating that my mailbox is over 90%. How do I deal with this?
I have deleted messages, trash and sent messages and I am still receiving this email?
Hey oakridge,
You should stop receiving messages about your quota once it goes under 90%. If you are still receiving the messages, please send me a screenshot of what you see (block out any personal information like your phone number).
Thanks,

Hi Tony.
I keep deleting emails from both my inbox and from the sent folder, but the percentage still shows as 97%-98%, and I keep getting the quota warning messages.
I have set my preferences to automatically delete emails from the server as well.
How can I resolve this?
@mleeincanada once you've deleted them, do you also empty the trash to ensure everything is clear? I'd also ensure you are deleting emails that contain large files (videos, images, etc). Are you deleting them directly on https://webmail.shaw.ca/ or is it through a 3rd party email client?
I have been getting this email for several days. I have been deleting old emails that I don’t think I need anymore and have deleted everything in my garbage. Where do I find out how far over the quota I still am?
@Meme3 through your https://webmail.shaw.ca/, at the bottom, left-hand side it will display your usage.
I have only 98 messages on my inbox, I deleted everything including my history so why am I still getting a messages saying I am 90% full?
Very annoying.
@Laura58 -- within Shaw WebMail, move the mouse-point to the left,-edge and let it "hover" over the "Inbox" word. In a few seconds, a balloon will pop-up, reporting something like "987 messages occupying 456 MB". Move to the "Trash" folder, and "hover" again. What do you see, for each balloon?
