Sending multiple e-mails

I'm using Outlook to send e-mails to 600 members of our retirees' club. Shaw limits the number of recipients to 100 so I send the e-mails 7 times, and this usually results in delays and errors on my computer.

What's the best way to do this?

@Don_Armstrong -- have you tried splitting your 600+ members into 7 "groups", on your computer. Then, send your message to one group at a time.  

Or, have you considered "out-sourcing" your mailing-list to a commercial company,

e.g., LISTSERV (tm):  https://www.lsoft.com/resources/learnlistserv.asp

which is compatible with "high-volume" communications?
