Why is it that when i try to now log into the 10.0.0.1 shaw gateway it says i do not have one with my account and need to order one? Why?
@cannotusethis -- can you capture a screen-shot, with the "Windows Snipping Tool", and post the image here?
If you have the Hitron cable-modem/router, connect to http://192.168.0.1
If you have the BlueCurve cable-modem/router, connect to http://10.0.0.1
Do you have any "Internet Security" package that has its own "firewall" component, that may be interfering with your attempt to connect?
