It seems, upon further investigation, that most people in BC, Alberta, and Manitoba who use Shaw Internet are having troubles connecting to the internet. I have troubleshooted some issues we've had in the past to fix and yet only my phone is able to connect to the Internet, no other computers can connect. Is the outage service not updated yet? When will we be getting the Internet back, many people use the Internet service to work from home or for use in their business.
No issues here in the souther interior BC, nothing on the outage page and not much being talked about on Twitter. Give Shaw a call to troubleshoot, if your phone is connecting through your home wifi, your internet isn’t out
